The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the central attractions. It is just a short walk away from the metro station and is situated next to a bustling shopping street. The rooms are clean and artistic, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is satisfactory and the wifi is reliable.
Some rooms lack desks and proper cupboard space for clothes.

Big clean room with great shower, near shops and metro stations. Close to attractions, good Wi-Fi. Excellent value with friendly helpful staff. Great location near city center and parking. Spacious room with nice exercise climbing stairs. Lovely Art Deco period, great front staff. Repaving will make area prettier.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, bus, and train stations. It's centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from the Grand Place and many other touristic spots. Plus, it's conveniently situated around the corner from the bustling shopping area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable and clean.

I was lucky to have been upgraded to a spacious apartment, free of charge, after I mentioned that my initial room lacked a desk for me to work on my laptop. The apartment was excellent and provided ample space for relaxation and productivity. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to a metro station and a shopping street. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hotel Esperance. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This hotel is located right on a bustling shopping street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the heart of the city center. The rooms are updated with modern facilities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a whirlpool bathtub in the center of my room - such a luxurious touch! Additionally, the breakfast offered very good croissants, perfect for starting the day.
